30-Day Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your order.

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery on eligible items.

Return Conditions

To be accepted, items must be:

unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

returned with all original tags attached

free of stains, odors, pet hair, or damage

sent back in the original packaging, if applicable

For shoes, the original shoe box must also be included.

For swimwear, bodysuits, intimates, and undergarments, the hygienic liner must still be attached.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

final sale or clearance items

gift cards

custom or personalized items

items marked final sale at checkout

worn, washed, altered, or damaged items

How to Start a Return

To request a return or exchange, log in to your account and go to My Orders, or reply to your order confirmation email.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be sent to your original payment method. Please allow 3–10 business days for processing, depending on your bank.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was defective, damaged, or sent in error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right.
